Teacher EdTech App Usage Survey (link)
Peter Vallejo sent an email on Wed. 5/20/2020
PLEASE COMPLETE
The data compiled from this Form will be used to get baseline information on what Distance Learning tools teachers are using and would like to know more about. This information will help guide where to focus EdTech support in the coming months. This Form is not evaluatory.
Committees/Additional Duties
We approved our Additional Duties at our Tuesday, 5/19 staff meeting. We will not sign-up for any duties until next August when all new staff members have joined us and we have a better understanding of what our school year will look like and when meetings will be scheduled. We agree to revisit the list in August once we have a better understanding of the realities of our school year.

Thank you to those of you who have taken a few moments to give shout-outs and share appreciations on our padlet! Share your appreciation and share your success below. What are you thankful for as we finish this year?
Year-End Checkout List and 20-21 Orders
A lime green copy of the Year-End check-out list is your mailbox. Please use this to guide your year-end checkout process. Check-out can be virtual or held in person (w/ social distancing). A copy of the completed check-out list must be available to me at the time of our check-out if we are not meeting in person.
A Google Survey will be sent out early next week to gather information on the ordering of RAZKids, Time 4 Kids, and Studies Weekly (grades 4-5). We will not be placing any other orders for next school year until we have a better handle on what our fiscal outlook will be.

Information sent out in the Round-Up to our Families:
Returning Chromebooks
Families who have checked out Chromebooks have two options for return.
- Families may return the Chromebook on your materials collection day (either Th., 5/28 or Fri., 5/29 depending on the last name). Families that are moving and have Chromebooks checked out are to return the Chromebooks on these materials collection days.
- Families may keep the Chromebook during the summer. Current K-4th graders may keep their Chromebook and return during our walk-through registration (if we have one) or during the first week of school. Current 5th graders may keep their Chromebooks over the summer and will be asked to return the Chromebooks to school during the last week of July so that they can be cleaned and prepared for redistribution. More specific directions will be provided towards the end of July.
Final Materials Collection
We have prescheduled times for your family to come to school to collect final student materials and belongings that are from the classroom. Please see the schedule below and please follow the schedule which ensures that we will not have more than 38 families coming through at a time to collect materials.
