Introduction

Kloski Construction began operation in 2014 under the ownership and management of Dylan Kloski.

Located in a small community, Williamsburg, Iowa, just 20 minutes from Iowa City, Iowa. We enjoy a reputation of bringing a small-town attitude of caring and craftsmanship to each project.

We serve a few counties that surround Iowa county. Providing general contractor services on a broad of building projects. We also act as a subcontractor.

It will cost around $100,000 to get everything together for the company, such as trailers and equipment.

We are expecting $200,000 in gross profit within the first year.

At Kloski Construction, our focus is always on the future. Not just what will take care of your immediate needs, but what will serve you best five, ten, fifteen years down the road.

Our company can mostly does home construction but we can also do industrial construction of needed.


Product and Services

You tell us what you need built, and we might say yes, or have some changes to your plans. We also do not have super powers, so we cannot build some huge random idea that you have all the time. We also as a company have the right to refuse any employer’s offer, so don’t be all hurt and sad when we refuse your service.

Management Plan

The company is owned and was created by Dylan Kloski. The workers are under management of managers. There is a manager assigned for every job that is done. The manager basically watches over people and makes sure no one gets hurt and the workers are doing to job right.

Competition

There are a few construction companies around us that will be going against us.

It will be hard to get started out because these other construction companies have been around for a few years, and are widely known by the county.
