EXPA Updates
1. LDM survey
The LDM survey is a qualitative survey that allows EPs to visualize and analyze their development of the 4 LDM qualities throughout their AIESEC experience abroad. The EP is prompted to fill out the LDM survey 3 times, once they are accepted to a TN (you cannot match them to the TN unless they fill this survey), half way through their exchange, and once their exchange is complete. EPs can find the LDM survey under the "My Applications" section of OP and next to the Opportunity they are accepted to.
2. NPS survey
NPS stands for Net Promoter Score and provides quantitative data that helps us evaluate the quality of our partners as well as the quality of our own delivery. The EP is prompted to fill out the NPS survey 3 times, once they are matched, half way through their exchange, and once their exchange is complete. EPs can find the NPS survey under the "My Applications" section of OP and next to the Opportunity they are matched to.

iXP Good Case Practice
Madison has 6 matches and is the highest preforming OGX LC in 2016 so far. 5 of those matches are from iXP and they are planning to have at least 6 over the next couple of weeks! Check out the quotes from Ian and Alex below for more details on how you can adapt this strategy to your LC.
"One of our main strategies for member and EP recruitment has been word of mouth, we have constantly been telling our members to tell their friends about AIESEC. The day before our LC retreat, we had a session just for TLs and the EB facilitated by Hans where we wrote down the names of someone we will get to either join or go abroad through AIESEC. Our LC made that commitment and we also made a commitment to go abroad ourselves and talked about the benfits of IXP. Then I presented that list of names and talked about our commitments in front of everyone at the LC retreat, so everyone kind of felt pressured to go through with it. So in general, IXP is just something we have really talked up from the start, and the open platform and 6for10 have just made it easier for our members to start the process themselves. Also, we are just about to roll out our LC campaign (competition) and we are giving lots of points to members who are going abroad, and the reward for the top performers is being fully covered for SNC or WNC, so that definitely helps."
-Ian Kawetschanky, LCP of Madison
"The biggest success we've had with IXP is actually just talking about our past exchanges and new opportunities in the weekly member newsletter. We also make everyone familiar with my face so they know who to talk to and who to direct their friends to. The actual campaign isn't geared solely on IXP. It's based on encouraging and rewarding all cross-functional help - for example, an OGX member attending an ICX networking event, or a Finance member presenting at a student org for the MOGX campaign. We make sure to have a couple options so any member can help each function. By getting to know other functions, they'll better understand the variety of opportunities AIESEC offers, including going abroad. We teach members about our products and target projects each week at LCM and give them the skills to talk about them to heir friends (this week's LCM is a sales seminar). And we actively remind them to recruit friends because their friends are awesome and we want to give them equally awesome opportunities!"
-Alex Scharp, VP OGX AIESEC in Madison
