GET SOME REST; DON'T STRESS
STAAR Testing
- Before the test, the best preparation is to help your child spend some time relaxing, getting a good night’s rest, and eating healthy meals.
- Arrive on time tomorrow morning. We will begin right after the tardy bell, 7:45, and testing starts promptly at 8:00 am. If your child is tardy, special arrangements have to be made to minimize distractions for others, so please plan to arrive on time, 7:15-7:45. Thank you!
- No Electronics are allowed in the classroom while testing. If your child, for some reason, needs to bring a cellphone, we will lock it up in a secure place outside the classroom and will return the device to them after testing is complete.
- No backpacks , unless you need to transport items to and from school.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Bring a healthy snacks and water. I will have extra if you forget. :) Please no snacks that will turn their fingers orange, like Cheetos or Doritos.
