JUNIORS: Information on taking the PSAT
The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered to interested juniors on Wednesday, Oct. 14th, in the loft. This is a timed test that will start at 8:25 and go until approx. 12:00. This is excellent practice for the ACT and SAT and is also the entrance exam for the National Merit Scholarship program. If you would like more information, please contact Mrs. Fowler in the counseling department. We only have 30 exams and they will go on a first come, first serve basis! The cost is $16 (cash or checks payable to ISD 318) – you need to bring payment to get signed up and receive a practice book.
ACT Information for JUNIORS
The ACT test (no writing) will be offered at GRHS on March 2, 2021.
This test is offered to juniors or seniors who did not test with their class this October. The cost is $46 and will be able to be paid through check or cash or online prior to taking the test; it is waived for students who have completed the Free/reduced lunch application and were approved for the current school year.
Watch for sign ups in January.
Other opportunities to take the ACT are available at act.org
