Beginner Yoga is great for anyone who is curious about yoga or those looking to get back to the basics of their practice.
Beginner Yoga covers the fundamentals of common yoga poses and each class builds on the last one creating a full spectrum practice by the end of the series. We go over basic traditions of yoga, breath work, and common misalignment issues.
What you can take away from this series is a sense of confidence in going to an all levels class at any studio, a better mind-body connection, and ease in movement.
