Why did WWII start and who joined?
The problem that caused World War II is how the japanese and germans wanted more land and started attacking other countries. There were sides who was winning the fight, there was the allies and the axis who were trying to protect and trying to attack each other. The allies were losing the war to the axis side and was trying to get the united states to join but they refused. When the japanese bombed pearl harbor the united states join the war to defend their lands. When the united states join the allies in the fight against the axis they started winning, after the germans and russians gave up the japanese kept going on until the united states used nuclear bombs to finally finish the second world war.
