Israeli Palestinian Conflict
By Abraham Correa
Why did the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict start?
Some say that the Palestinian Israeli issue springs from something deep, from religion. It is well known that Muslims and Jews have had a confusing history, all of it based on religious differences. Others say that it is a more nationalistic issue, because Israel basically stole the land from the Arabs who were already there with the help of the British.
Why has it continued?
Neither side has been able to come to a agreement because of there religious beliefs. Both sides are very religious and belief they deserve that land. They have been fighting for years and will not give up because of that.
How to stop the Conflict?
In order to stop the conflict we have to get the two sides to agree to the two state solution that will separate the land between the two nations living on it, resulting in countries called Israel and Palestine living side by side. But neither group wants to give up any land.
