Sales Volume = Monthly Expenses
Think of your Sales Volume as the Monthly Overhead Expenses you would spend to run your business. Your 3 websites will run you about $25. Your CRP (Consultant Replenishment Program) will run you about $100 and will serve as an opportunity for you to continue getting the best skin of your life and an opportunity to purchase products to gift and use as samples. In total, you'll look to invest about $125 a month to run your R+F Business. All tax deductible, too!!
PSQV = Sales Goal
Think of your PSQV (Personal Sales Qualification Volume) as your Monthly Sales Goal. The more you sell, the more you get paid. Whether it's to Preferred Customers or people wanting to join your team as Consultants. To run your R+F Business successfully, you need to make it a goal to reach a minimum of $600 every month. Yes, that's all you need to keep your business going! Not many businesses will ever survive with sales of only $600 a month. This goal is not mandatory but again, if you want R+F to pay you like a business, you have to treat it like a business and create bigger goals each month! Don't settle for achieving just 600PSQV, the higher the volume, the bigger the payout!

Meet both of those criterias (100 SV & 600 PSQV) and you promote to EC Status! Once you start building a team, teach them to do the exact same thing. EC every month!
This is how it will look in your R+F backoffice
SV = Sales Volume (min. 100)
SV can come from 3 areas in your business.
1) 20 CV from your website.
2) Personal orders you make yourself like your CRP.
3) Retail orders. Customers not enrolled in PC Perks.
PSQV = Personal Sales Qualification Volume (min. 600)
PSQV can come from 3 areas in your business.
1) Your personal Preferred Customer's orders.
2) Any new team member's order that you personally enroll under yourself.
3) Your direct team's (SV) Sales Volume.
100SV+600PSQV = Promote to EC
Teach your team to EC and you promote!
1 person on your personal team EC's = LEVEL 1
2 people on your personal team EC's = LEVEL 2
4 people on your personal team EC's = LEVEL 3
6 people on your personal team EC's = LEVEL 4
8 people on your personal team EC's = LEVEL 5!!! Top of R+F's pay plan!
