In response to the current Ebola crisis and in collaboration with hackathons taking place in Kampala, Accra, Dallas, Porto Alegre and more, a group of technology-based organizations in the Washington, DC area are hosting the #DCHackEbola event to be held on November 15, 2014. The event will take place from 9am - 5pm.
The event will bring together technologists, public health professionals, Diaspora communities, designers, and other stakeholders in-person and online to help create software that assists current needs expressed by organizations on the front-line of the Ebola response in West Africa.
