MORNING DROP OFF
Drop Off Procedures
When: Maple Grove opens at 8:30 AM. Students arriving at 8:30 can go directly to their classroom or can go to the cafeteria for breakfast. If you need to drop off before 8:30, before school care at Maple Grove is available for purchase through the Greenfield Park and Recreation Department’s Kids Connection program. Their number is 414-329-5370. There is no supervision on the playground at Maple Grove prior to 8:30 AM. If you arrive early and want to play, they may play under your supervision.
Where: Bottsford Avenue - Students should be dropped off along Bottsford Avenue in the back of the school building. If you are going to park and walk with your student, please pull west on Bottsford, leaving the area near the gate for students who are being dropped off.
Students Needing Physical Assistance: Students needing physical assistance entering school should be dropped off by Door 8 in front of school. Families dropping off these students can park in the front lot and meet their teacher outside of Door 8. Other siblings should go to the back of school and enter the building there.
AFTER SCHOOL PICK UP
After School Pick Up Procedures
When - The school day ends at 3:26 PM. Adults coming to pick up a student can enter Maple Grove through the cafeteria doors (Door #2) beginning at 3:15 PM.
Where Can We Park - Parking is available in the lot in front of school, the lot to the west of school, and on Cold Spring Road and 65th Street. There is no parking in the service drive in front of school. This area is reserved for school bus loading and day care center vans.
Where Do We Meet the Students - At 3:26, a teacher will bring students to the cafeteria to meet their rides. Students are free to go at that time.
What if I can’t be there by 3:26 PM - After school care at Maple Grove is available for purchase through the Greenfield Park and Recreation Department’s Kids Connection program. Their number is 414-329-5370.
