The below is the expectations that has been given by the county.
Specials (i.e. Art, PE, Music, etc.) - one lesson/activity (30 minutes) each week per area - accessed via website.

However, more physical activity is certainly even better. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) The Mayo clinic and, Health Experts state:
Children and adolescents should do 60 minutes or more of physical activity each day. Most of the 60 minutes should be either moderate- or vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity, and should include vigorous-intensity physical activity at least 3 days a week.

We know that the first week of school is going to be different and we understand that everyone will NOT be getting their devices on the first day of school. However we wanted to give you an opportunity to do some physical activities. In your student packet that you receive from your classroom teacher during "orientation" you will find a Physical Activity Log. This will be for you to get started with. We will provide this form electronically too.
