Beginning of the year --- How do you get rid of your old classes? In the webversion, click on Group. Click on wheel next to Group name, then Group Settings, Archive or Delete. To create a new class - click on the plus next to Groups on the left!
Creating student accounts --- When your kids create an Edmodo account use the school login sheet so that we have some consistency across AJH! Also, have your kids join the library class! Why join the library class? Because students enrolled in the library class can see Ms. Chance when they have difficulty with their login and you are not available!
Parents --- Did you know that parents can view their child's Edmodo account? To find the parent code - go to group. Click on Members on the left. Click on the gear next to Members at the top and then Print.
Management of codes --- You have the capability to print all of the parent codes in a list form to keep handy for parent conferences and phone calls. You can also print your students usernames. Click on Members on the left. Click on the gear next to Members at the top and then Print.
Resources --- Put everything in your google drive, which can be easily accessed from Edmodo. Click on the library tab, the book at the top left. Put documents in folders. To share a folder of documents with your classes, click on the group. Then click on folders on the left, and add the folder from your library!
