Principals Corner
From Mr. Brian Wood and Mr. Gunnar Baker (6th Grader).

Hello Chelan Middle School! It is hard to believe that we are in October already and we are quickly coming to Halloween and the end of our fall sports season. We saw many students turn out for our fall sports (football, cross country, volleyball, and girls soccer). We encourage all students to participate in at least one club or sports team every year! Research has consistently shown that students who participate in school activities tend to have better attendance and grades and tend to feel more connected to school. If you missed a sport this fall, there are still winter (boys basketball, girls basketball, and wrestling) and spring sports (boys soccer, softball, and track). As we look to the end of October, we will also be closing our 1st quarter on November 3rd. Students are encouraged to reach out to their teachers now if they are struggling with a class so that they can pass their 1st quarter classes.
