May Fun Days

Dodd Elementary Kindergarten teachers would like to make each day of May extra special by celebrating with the students that have good behavior and have completed all their work.

We have assigned a special activity to fit in with a topic that we are studying. We will be doing these activities during recess and/or discovery center/snack time to complement all the learning we are doing in our core subject areas.

You will see the days marked with what activity will occur on your child’s May Fun Days Calendar found on the back of this letter. On some days, the children can bring a special item from home and the calendar will help you to keep up with this so your child can participate.

Some of the activities listed on the calendar will require special supplies and/or food. Below is a list of items needed in order to make each day extra special. Your child’s teacher has checked off what she would like for your child to bring. Please let your child’s teacher know if you are not able to send in items at this time.

____ 1 bag of Blow Pops ( 23 )
____ 23 small cans of Play dough

Thanks so much for your support and generosity. We are looking forward to a wonderful conclusion of our school year!
