- Are you ready, school libraries?!?! Preliminary ESSER II allocations to districts have been posted. Visit the SD DOE's COVID funding webpage. (Scroll to bottom of the page > Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act.) Now's the time to start thinking about your needs list, to raise your hand to get included, and to write up those library & technology plans! Be ready to advocate for the library place, its print and digital offerings, its programs, and the overall needs of the learning community. More advocacy help to come from the State Library.
