Review your 2019-2020 Master Schedule with your Executive Director for approval
Review your Floor plan (room organization) and design something inspirational with your new teams in mind. You will submit your floor plan with a rationale to your ED and then to School Leadership. Example: With a counselor and AP for each grade level, how might you set up their work spaces to foster ownership of their grade level?
We will provide PD for developing your organization charts and calendars in June so you will need to come prepared with your thoughts about your leadership team roles/responsibilities

QUOTE OF THE WEEK.

- Adam Grant, Wharton SchooL
