Kindergarten Orientation
Kindergarten Orientation will be on Wednesday, April 14th. Please contact the office at 765-537-2276 to make your appointment. If you have not signed up your incoming kindergarten student, you may do so at https://www.msdofmartinsville.org/.

Healthy Smiles
The mobile dental team, Healthy Smiles, will visit our school on Friday, April 16th. They offer a checkup, digital x-rays, cleaning, fluoride, and sealants. Registration forms will be sent home soon.

ILEARN Testing
ILEARN testing dates are April 19th - May 7th. ILEARN testing is for 3rd and 4th grade students. Perfect attendance is very important during testing time! Please avoid scheduling appointments during the testing time, and make sure your child is getting plenty of sleep each night.
e-Funds for Students
The MSD of Martinsville has a program called e-Funds for Schools. You have the ability to pay textbook and lunch payments electronically from your checking account or charged to your credit card. Explore and try it out today at
Midterm 4 Grades
Midterm 4 grades will go home Thursday, April 29th.
Green Stoplight
All students in the classroom on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesdays are still reserved for eLearning.
Free Breakfast and Lunch
The USDA announced that they are funding breakfast and lunch for ALL students in our district regardless of their eligibility status through May. There is nothing that you need to do to sign up for it. If you have funds in your child's account, it will remain unused.
YMCA Daycare
The YMCA currently provides after school care for our students. Any families who would be interested in BEFORE school care for the next school year should contact the school office @ 765-537-2276 as soon as possible.
School Wide Title 1
Funding has been made available through School Wide Title 1 Services to Paragon Elementary for the purpose of providing students with extra support in reading/language arts and math. This extra support is available for all students at Paragon Elementary. Classroom teachers, Title 1 teachers, and instructional aides provide assistance through small group and individualized instruction as children demonstrate a need for support. Please contact your teacher about services your child may receive.
