Microsoft 365 in Education

Elementary and Secondary teachers will be introduced to Office 365 for Education from Microsoft. The subscription-based version of the Microsoft suite will provide access to Microsoft Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, and Office Web Apps.

Atomic Learning & Microsoft 365

Access the Office 365 Basic User Training in Atomic Learning and get ahead of the information and features you will be learning in February.

Technology Champions

LCM's Technology Champions will be presenting a Smack Down at both levels. What is a Smack Down? It is a show and tell that presents websites, tools, or teaching tricks that have been found to be of great use to each user. Each person is given 5 minutes to share and moves quickly to the next presenter in a quick format.

Elementary Sessions

Selected teachers, Tech Champions, Peggy Hale, and Region V's April Petitt, will be offering sessions on various topics that teachers will register for through LCM's Eduphoria workshops. Teachers will be notified when the registration opens through email!Elementary teachers will be required to sign up for one Microsoft Office 365 & PIL Setup/Login and 3 sessions of choice. All elementary teachers will attend a Smack Down and the Microsoft 365 in the Classroom session in the afternoon.

11:30 am - 1:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm - 1: 30 pm Microsoft 365 & PIL logins (3)
1:00 pm - 1:15 pm Sign-In
1:15 pm - 1:45 pm Smack Down (Cafeteria)
1:45 pm - 2:00 pm Move into Multi-Purpose Gym
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Microsoft 365 & PIL Training by Microsoft
