December 23, State Farm to award $25,000 grant to Parkland High School, PHS Auditorium, 9:45 AM. PHS students, teachers and the entire Parkland community helped place Parkland High School in the Top 100 schools in the nation to pledge their support of safe driving via the Celebrate My Drive web pledge program this past October. Parkland High School, and Driver’s Education teacher Deb Andreoli who spearheaded the program, will receive a grant of $25,000 from the 2014 Celebrate My Drive program.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Winter Break is December 24 - January 4 and school will resume on Monday, January 5, 2015.

PHS Music Production “Parkland: A Season for Giving 2014” Music CD This year marks the Parkland High School’s Music Production class’s 9th annual holiday CD. The CD features more than 40 Parkland students who have produced and/or performed 13 stylistically diverse tracks, from classical to rock to pop to electronica and more. The CD’s are $10 and include covers of well-loved holiday classics and two original songs. CD’s will be sold before all middle and high school winter concerts in the PHS auditorium lobby. All CD’s bought at the concert tables will come with a $1-off coupon for the Tilghman Square YoFresh Café! Proceeds benefit the Parkland SD Education Foundation.
