*disengage stress- Review the calming strategy The Drain (extend arms out, pretending they're faucets. Tighten arm, shoulder, and face muscles. Exhale slowly, making a 'ssshhh' sound as you release your breath.
* connect- Review "Row, row, row your boat"
*commit-Ask children how they will use their big voice if a students takes something from them. Talk about respect and responsibility.
