Art Club Events
We are excited to offer an Art club twice a month for our students!
- For grades K-5th, we will be creating a beautiful "Bird on a Flower"!
- For grades 6th-12th, we will be exploring quilling art!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade Session Details
Let’s get ready for Spring by creating a beautiful “Bird on a Flower”! After drawing our little, plump bird and flowers, we’ll be using markers to add color and pattern, and adding finishing touches with fine-line black marker and white paint pen. Come join the fun and let’s get creative!

Here are the materials you’ll need:
- White paper,
- Pencil,
- Eraser,
- A variety of markers,
- Fine line black marker,
- Fine line white paint pen.
If you don’t have markers you can use watercolor. If you don’t have a white paint pen, you can use a fine brush and white acrylic paint.

6th - 12th Grade Session Details
Please join art club this month to create a unique drawing using paper. With the use of thin strips of colored paper, glue, and creative minds you will do a drawing of a unique object by spiraling paper and gluing it in place. We will create a shamrock design using the quilling method during the time we are together.

Recommended supplies:
- Glue
- Paper Plate
- White paper to glue to
- ~30 individual 1/2" Strips of colored paper (all colors are welcome!)
