Mrs. Hanlon leads our K-2 and 3-5 Art Clubs. She has been teaching art for 19 years and has 14 years’ experience teaching art online. With a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Mrs. Hanlon began her career as an artist, creating paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor. She loves to paint wildlife, often focusing on birds. As a professional artist, most of her commissioned work is to create portraits in oil and pastel on black board. She loves to experiment with a wide variety of materials including some that aren’t traditionally art materials, like shoe polish! She’s thrilled to have the opportunity to share her love of art with her students.
