Why should you exercise?

You should  exercise so your heart  and muscles will be strong.Also it helps you get more flexible. Most of all it gives you more energy.It also makes your lungs stronger and breath easier.

What are some healthy choices for breakfast?

Some healthy choices are milk,cheese, cereal and low fat yogurt. You can also eat whole grain foods or fruits. These are much better choices than bacon, sausage, or donuts.

Why do you need to read food labels?

You can see the serving size and see how much sugar a product has. It also tells you how many calories and protein each serving has.
