Human Sexuality and AIDS Education in Spring 2019.
Your students’ science classes will begin a unit of study on human sexuality and AIDS education in Spring 2019. This unit of study is mandated by the Kansas State Board of Education and supported through USD 475 curriculum. . If you have any concerns about particular concepts during this unit of study, please contact Mrs. Oentrich, JCMS principal, at (785)717-4400 to set up an appointment to review the curriculum objectives.

Any students who EARNED 5 out of 5 Renaissance cards this school year are eligible to attend the End of the Year Celebration at Rock Springs 4-H Center.
Monday May 20th - 8th grade eligible students will attend
Tuesday May 21st - 6th grade eligible students will attend
Wednesday May 22nd - 7th grade eligible students will attend
Please confirm with your child if they ordered a school lunch or said they will bring a lunch from home this day. The school will NOT have extra sack lunches at Rock Springs for those who didn't pre-order one (lunches were pre-ordered on Friday May 3rd).
