Kaitlin Gray
Middle School Social Studies
Hello All!
As most of you know, my name is Kaitlin Gray. I earned my B.A. in sociology and a minor in psychology from the University of Kansas in 2011. Now, I am getting my teaching certification in middle school social studies and my ideal grade level to teach is 6th grade. I think middle school is the best age group to teach because this is the time in school when students begin to develop their own personalities and opinions, and I think it is the best time to make a big difference in a young person's life through education. I plan to finish the Graduate Certification program at Avila University in the fall of 2016 and I plan to pursue a Masters degree after that. Eventually, I'd like to go into administration because I think that's where I can make the greatest difference in the lives of the most students.
Graduation Day!
I graduated from the University of Kansas in August 2011.
