Benefits of eating healthy
Healthy eating is not a diet. It means making changes you can live with and enjoy for the rest of your life. You may ask how to I get into a habit of eating healthier? You can think of your kids, family, setting a good example for them, looking better.. etc. You shouldn't change the way you eat completely the 1st day you start you should take steps, maybe take out french fries and eat a sweet potato. Eating healthy will not only let you look better but you'll feel better as well.

How the challenge works
A teacher will be assigned a group of students, the teacher will work with the students for 12 weeks. Over these 12 weeks they will improve their eating habits and their work out schedules, the teacher will come to weekly weigh ins with their team. The team will encourage and support them but theres only so much they can do, the success lies in the teachers hands.
