Human Rights Slavery

Slavery is a legal or economic system under which systems vary, as property, slaves may be bought and sold. Slaves can be held from the time of their capture, purchase or birth, and deprived of the right to leave, to refuse to work or to demand compensation.

"No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms". This is one human right from the Universal Declaration of human rights that has being violated.

There are some organizations that are helping to end with slavery. Those organizations are working really hard to prevent slavery either in children and adults. You have the optional to search for those organizations but if you aren't sure here you can find some of them like Anti-slavery, Slavery no more, and Free the slaves.


Antislavery international works at local, national and international levels to eliminate all forms of slavery around the world.
