Sept 12: Enrichment classes begin
Where can I park when I come on campus?
When parking on campus, all Vista Oaks staff and families must park in the Excelsior Middle School parking lot.
We are not allowed to park in the lots in front of our school as those are designated for the Byron District Office staff.

Parent Meeting
Welcome back to school and On-Site 7/8th Grade Core Classes! We are excited to see your child on our rosters and look forward to meeting them. There will be
Parent Meetings on Thursday, August 11th for you to attend. Parents are highly encouraged to attend each meeting for the classes their children are enrolled in. Please attend them in order of your child's school day.
Each teacher will give an overview of our program and information about their class. There will also be a time that you can ask specific questions

If you are looking for a great community to begin the school year and some amazing tools for your homeschool, you do not want to miss this! Our speaker will address strategies that will apply to all grade levels.
While this is a free event, you must reserve tickets in order to attend. Please note that there are SEPARATE TICKETS for adults and childcare. Tickets must be reserved by August 10th.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION ON BYRON HIGHWAY AND BYER RD
There is road work happening on Byron Highway in front of the school. It's expected to go through at least October. Please give yourself extra time for potential traffic delays when coming on campus.

-Great news – the MEL MED bundle of five kits is now available!
-We've also added links to educational materials for some of the kits.
-Additionally, we added a mixed pack for new customers who would like to try a bit of everything. It's NGSS-aligned and consists of three chemistry kits, one physics kit, and one STEM kit.
-Contents for STEM and physics bundles may vary depending on available stock.
We love when our students are able to share concerns with us directly, but having an anonymous option is really helpful for some! We have a safety line in place for this.
