JMS Weekly Update
December 13, 2020
Good Afternoon JMS,
Dr. Steinhauer sent an message last week stating that we will be continuing in our full remote instructional model until further action is taken by the School Board. We will plan for full remote instruction for tomorrow (Monday) and until further notice.
Regardless of what instructional model we are in, we will continue to provide the best academic and social experiences that we can for the children. We will continue to support you and your child. We are here to help.
We know that this year has been difficult. Everyone is dealing with the uncertainty of this global pandemic. All of our lives are different. Right now, what we know to be "normal" does not exist. We have to acknowledge this. We have to continue to work together. We have to continue to support each other. We have to make the best of this situation and fight through it together.
We, like you, can't wait for the day when it is safe to take our masks off so that we can see each other's faces. During this holiday season, please do your best to stay home, wear a mask, physically distance (6ft or more), avoid congregating in groups, and wash your hands.
We are thankful for your partnership and continued support. Do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.
Stay Safe,
Dr. Sarah Shaw, Principal
Ms. Katelyn Deet, Assistant Principal

With Safe2Say Something, it’s easy and confidential to report safety concerns to help prevent violence and tragedies.
Here’s how it works:
- Submit a report through the Safe2SaySomething system
- Crisis center reviews, assesses and processes all submissions
