Spartan Steppers by Brooklyn and Alexis
At our school we have a program called the Spartans Steppers. You have to run or walk 25 laps. After you run 25 laps you will get a foot.
We had one name but it was not a good one so all the classes had to come up with a new name. Then Mrs.Azure drew a new name and the name ended up being The Spartan Steppers that is what the 4th graders picked. So the 4th graders got a free foot.
I only have 2 feet and my sister has 9 feet she spent a lot of time on it. We also have goals for each class and they have to find a town and the whole class has to try to get that goal. Kindergarten has to walk 50 miles ,First grade has to walk 90 miles and Secoud grade walks 95 miles. 3rd grade walks 250b miles the other 3rd grade walks 219 miles and fourth grade walks 104 mies. 5th grade walks 222 miles and last but not least 6th grade walks 309 miles. That’s a lot of miles.

What is your Favorite Sneaker Brand Survey By: Kendall Kolousek, and Kaitlyn Braun
We did a shoe survey to ask kids what kinds of sneakers they liked best. We had Nike, Under Armor, Adidas, and any other brands kids wear. We asked kids in each grade what brand of sneaker they liked best. Here is what we found out. In kindergarten, Keaton Hasty picked Nike, in 1st grade Chaz Larson picked Under Armor, in Mrs.Mitchell’s 3rd grade class we asked Brooke Mohling she picked Nike, in Mrs.Orth’s 3rd grade class we asked Jayda Hohn she picked Nike, in 4th grade Wesley Molnar picked Nike, in 5th grade Treagan Jensen he picked Nike, in 6th grade Kennedy Kolousek picked Under Armor. Overall Nike was the most popular sneaker brand. That was our survey! Have a great day!
Gaming corner by: Briley
Yollllllooooooooooo everyone it’s me Briley. Welcome to my game corner. Today I am going to teach you about the game Overwatch. This is a very popular game and if you have never heard of it THEN YOU SHOULD READ THIS! and play it. I will tell you about some of the bight and wonderful characters. Overwatch takes place in THE FUTURE future future. Roadhog also know as Mako Rutledge is a tank character from Australia. He is all Mad Max and he is my favorite hero. His hook is his most useful ability. He uses it to pull people off the point. Lucio, this dude is a healer and is from Rio or Brazil. He has music technology that is used for healing and making his team faster. He uses crossfade to change the music he plays.
Reaper, also known as Gabriel Rayes, is edgy and pretends to be dead, but is not dead. He is a ghost and a tankbuster. “If there's something strange in Overwatch who you gonna call?”
Junkrat also known as Jamiasin Fox, is a defense character and also from Australia. He likes explosives and uses his mines to jump farther than his normal jump.
People say that Fourtnite stole ideas from Overwatch. I agree and think both games have a lot of similarities.

Race Horses By Ella Kolousek
I love race horses. I have gone to a race before and I had a lot of fun. I have seen videos of them in the internet too. A racehorse breed is a Thoroughbred 98% of the time. A person that rides the horse in races is called a jockey. If you win the three triple crown races you win the triple crown. It is money and flowers that go over the horse. I have watched it TV before and it is really cool. The horse that won the triple crown in 2018 was “Justify.” He is chestnut (that is brown). He is not going to race anymore because he has something wrong with his foot but he is living on a farm now. The horse that won the triple crown in 2015 is “American Pharaoh.” He was really fast too. I don’t know where American Pharoah lives right now but I think he is still racing. I saw him and Justify win the triple crown on TV. When they won it they were running like the wind. They both had a good jockey too. If they have a good jockey it helps them win. The jockey has to be tiny and an athlete.
Mrs. Olinger interview by: Jada Kolousek and Estrellita Cardona
Jada and Estrellita interviewed Mrs.Olinger. Their first questions is to list five things that describe yourself. She said, “energetic, funny, kind, hardworking, and honest.” We asked her why do you like to work in Early Childhood and Special Education? She said, “I like to work one on one with kids.” Next we asked her what her favorite subject is to teach? She said, “I like teaching fundations because it uses actions.” Mrs.Olinger told us her middle name is Lee and her favorite kind of music is country. Finally we asked Mrs.Olinger if you could change your hair color what would you choose and why. She said, “I would change it to blond because they say blonds have more fun.”

Roses are red, violets are blue, valentine's day is for me and you, let’s figure out about this holiday, let’s go to the beach and sit by the bay. I love you and you love me together we can make harmony. I’m going to rap myself in paper, stick myself with glue, tie a red bow on me and mail myself to you. Valentines of pink and red, special words of kindness said, small surprises, funny jokes, paper hearts, and friendly notes. The best part of this happy day, is that I get the chance to say, today and for the whole year too, I am glad to have a friend like you.
