Uniondale's Amazing Administrators
Meet our Published Authors - May 2015
Newsletter Editors: Dr. S. Jefferson-Isaac, Dr. Nadien, Dr. B. Williams
We are very proud to bring to you our very first e-newsletter which uses the wonder of technology to allow you to "see" and "hear" from the hearts of our talented colleagues. Their works are diverse and support why it is so critical that we develop strong writing skills in our students. We look forward to having more of our members publish in the future.

Surviving Survival
The depth of a daughter's Love - Dr. Brenda Triplett
Words cannot express the great sacrifices made by loving caregivers. Wife, mother, sister, daughter, administrator, colleague and friend. How are all of these roles juggled so graciously? How does the writing process support the emotional release needed to cope?

Dr. Jonathan Jefferson's Journey - "The Writing should flow easily, then you are ready to publish."
From a shy, naturally curious kindergarten student to a world class mountain climber! Dr. Jefferson explores the devastating impact labels can have on the lives of developing children and young people. His work encourages us to revisit the developmental stages all of our students must experience and the support we must give them as they transition through adolescence into adulthood.
