20-21 Update
Hello Eastridge Families!
I hope all of you have been enjoying your summer! As we approach the start of the 2020-2021 school year, I want to provide you with some important information.
MSD Warren Township will be starting on our scheduled date of July 29 and will offer instructional options in either the physical school setting or online for students who are not able or are uncomfortable returning to school on the scheduled start date. For more information about Warren's Virtual Option, please visit the following page ~ Virtual Communication one-pager.
Both new and returning students have the option to select virtual instruction for the 20-21 school year. To register for virtual instruction, families can indicate their interest by:
contacting us at 317-608-0545 OR
emailing us at WarrenRegistration@warren.k12.in.us OR
completing this virtual enrollment form
Someone will return your call/email to get more information. We are asking that all families interested in registering virtually do so no later than Monday, July 20th. If you register for virtual instruction after that date, you will be placed on a waitlist.
Warren Township is currently accepting new registrations for the 20-21 school year. If you are new to Warren Township and want to register your student for the upcoming school year, you may register in multiple ways:
Online - Go to the district home page www.warren.k12.in.us and select the 20/21 Registration / Enrollment Link.

I know many families are interested in the school supply list for our upcoming school year. A common supply list for all students in grades K-4 has been developed. The supply list for K-4 students for the 2020-2021 school year can be found later in this newsletter.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at 317-532-3153 or at tjohnso1@warren.k12.in.us if you have any questions about our upcoming school year. Know that we are diligently working to ensure a safe school environment for our students and staff. I would like to share some additional reminders for the upcoming school year:
Warren is excited to announce that we have upgraded to a new student information system called Synergy. This means that our old parent portal, Tyler, will be going away. Instead, the parent portal will be upgraded to Synergy’s ParentVUE. ParentVUE is an online tool to help you monitor your student’s education. It allows you to update contact information and provides you with access to the latest information about your child’s attendance and scheduling. Our middle and high school families can view class assignments, report card grades, and course history with ParentVUE.
Once ParentVUE is available, parents who have a previous Tyler account will receive an email with instructions about setting up your new username and password. If you do not have a Tyler SIS account, please complete a registration form located on our parent portal webpage and return it to your school to begin the process of activating your account. ParentVUE is a great way to stay connected with your student's school and track their academic progress. It also helps us stay in contact with you!
Supply lists for the 20-21 school year will be posted and shared on or before July 15th. Families can expect the supply lists to be similar as they have been in previous years.
There have been no changes for immunizations for K-12 students. K-12 Immunization information can be found on our website under the 20-21 Enrollment Tab.
Thank you for your ongoing investment in Warren students and schools and I look forward to seeing you in three weeks.
Yearbook
If you have purchased a 19-20 yearbook, we are still waiting for them to arrive. As soon as they hit our office we will mail them out or send them home with students once school resumes for the 20-21 school year.
