Stones River Manor Santa Shoppe

Throughout the year, residents can earn "Santa bucks" for participating in activities. Then different congregations, service groups, and individuals donate items that the residents can buy. Residents line up early to be first in line to shop. Students helped the residents shop, carry bags, serve hot chocolate, wrap gifts, and simply socialize.
Mrs. Webb and I cannot express enough how proud we are of all of the students that served at the Santa Shoppe on Saturday! Everyone came decked out in Christmas attire and full of good cheer. We received all kinds of compliments from the residents and staff about how well behaved and helpful all the students were while there. We can't thank everyone enough! Thank you parents for taking the time to bring the kids and thank you kids for having the desire to serve!
