Dear Wharton Families,
Our staff is very proud of our students for their dedication and efforts on their IAR testing. Students completed this state assement, which was postponed from last spring.
This week we started the One Book One School initiative. All students and staff are reading The Epic Fail of Arturo Zamora. Each day, during a designated time, teachers stop for a short period and read assinged pages to students. So far this has been a huge hit with students and staff.
As a reminder there wil be no school on Monday in observance of Columbus/Indigenous People's Day.
