Gum Base To Bubblegum

Introduction
Have you ever wondered where gum came from? Well read on to learn the journey of gum and learn all about it.
forest
First they go to the forest and get the base of the gum. The base of the gum comes from trees and makes it chewy. The chewy part is also made out of rubbers and plastics.
Factory
Then it arrives at the factory and they pour it in a mixer. Then add flavor and color. As it mixes. they pour in a liquid called glucose syrup, a sweetner, so it would make the gum surface softer. After that, they put dexton in. Then they squeeze the mixture. Then they cut it into balls and wrap it. Finally they send it to the store.
Store
After it arrives at the store, they package it and seal it so it’s nice and fresh to eat.

Did you know the machines can wrap 900 pieces of gum per minute? Original gums were made from the sap of trees, such as spruse or manilkara. Gum can be in many different colors. The main color of gum is pink
