Mrs. Megan Hartley
Megan (pronounced Mee-gan) has been at LCJSMS since 2008. She has a BA in American Studies from Trinity College and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University. Megan loves to listen to audiobooks and she listens to both fiction and nonfiction. Ask her what she's listening to now!
Students across all departments in all grade levels visit the LLC to conduct problem-based project research. The librarians teach information literacy skills such as advanced database searching and web site evaluation.
Our collection contains over 20,000 print, audio, and eBooks. We also have a magazine collection. If there are any materials you need that we do not own, we have access to district-wide as well as country-wide interlibrary loan systems .
Thanks to our SEF-funded Makerspace students are able to explore, tinker, and create with a variety of low-tech and high-tech items. Meet with us to find out how the Makerspace can work with your curriculum.
