The Boston Tea Party
On December 16th, sixteen colonists stood up for what they believed in. This non-violent demonstration is only in response to the harsh, new taxes imposed by Parliament and the cruel King George. These unidentified, brave, people dressed as Mohawk Indians and quietly boarded three British ships carrying tea from The East India Tea Company. Once on the ships, these American heroes quickly disposed of the chests of tea into the Boston Harbor.
