SHISD Mid-Week Message
Weekly Superintendent's Message for Spring Hill ISD
Mindset #1: Everything is Possible
Panther Nation,
This year the staff and teachers of Spring Hill ISD were taught 7 mindsets that will help students and staff dream bigger and increase expectations with an optimistic view of the future. The 1st mindset is "Everything is Possible!" In this mindset, teachers can help students understand that they are capable of leading an extraordinary life and encourage students to embrace creativity to promote growth. In this mindset, teachers can work with students to create individual goals for the year and develop plans and strategies to create a path to reach those goals. Teachers can also promote the importance of adjustments and perseverance should setbacks occur. To be a premier school district, you have to do premier things. I encourage all parents to talk with their children about setting goals for this year and to encourage them to accomplish at least one thing out of their comfort zone in order to get better results than ever before. Dream big, chase greatness, and remember you are all #BetterInBlue! - Steve Snell
