Wildcats' Watch
Feb/March 2022
News from the Principal...
February has gone and March is here. To wrap up the month of February, our school held a Black history program. The students enjoyed becoming their chosen important African-American figure. The month of March we are celebrating Read Across America this week.
This is the month for IREAD-3 state testing. This year our 2nd graders will be taken the test along with our 3rd graders. Our teachers have been doing an awesome job preparing our students for this test. The testing window opened March 7th and closes March 18th. We plan to complete testing before leaving for Spring break.
Lastly, We need your input. The District is asking for our families to take an impact survey for this school year. The survey link opened March 2nd and closes April 1st. Please take a moment to complete our District's Impact Survey. Link for parents to take the survey: http://survey.5-essentials.org/gary/survey/parent/. Thanks in advance for taking the time to complete the survey.
We hope that everyone have an AWESOME Spring break!!
