Remote Learning Week 12
June 8, 2020 - June 12, 2020
Dear 1B Families,
Thank you to everyone for supporting your child in completing the remote learning marking period. Our students are so lucky to have you guide them with the transition to remote learning and we, as teachers, are so grateful for your patience as we navigate this new learning together. Please note that for the last 2 weeks of school, assignments will be more independent and not accounted for in Narratives. Assignments will also look different as we wrap up the school year through a lens of exploring what is happening in our world right now. We started the conversation about privilege and protests with our 1st grade friends and families this week and we want to continue this conversation through our upcoming assignments. We also respect any choice you make in how and when you have this conversation with your child, so feel free to preview what this week's lesson aims are and decide when and how you want to approach it. We are here to support these discussions anywhere and anytime! Sending everyone love and strength during this time.
