On your tour in Hermann Missouri, we will be tasting some of Adam Puchta’s new wines in a private (and very unusual) setting at the vineyard. Tim Puchta will be leading us thru a tasting using different types of wine glasses, all meticulously prepared w/tastings created by Chef Eddie Neill.
Then we will treat you to an intimate tour of the Deutschheim State Historic Site, where original 100 yr old Norton Vines are still carefully tended in the gardens. Jerry Mueller of Robller Winery will guide you in comparing four of our best area Norton wines in the beautiful gardens. All are paired with delicious examples of our producer’s foods.
We will then reboard our private coach and take you across the river to the restored McKittrick Mercantile for a cocktail hour featuring our area’s newest stars: the distillers and brewers. The day will be completed with a three-course sit down meal in the “Merk”, alongside our area producers who have supplied examples of their foods throughout the event.
