What is it?
Waardenburg syndrome is a genetic condition that affects your pigmentation in the eyes, hair and skin and it can cause major hearing loss.

It affects your integumentary and nervous system.
How do you get the condition?
Waardenburg is usually passed down from a parent or grandparent. There is only a a one in fourty thousand chance of getting this disease and you only get it when you are born.
What happens to the affected person?
Hearing loss is the only thing that usually happens to the person and you will not be affected by this condition in a way you die from it. You will have a normal life expectancy.
