Most people in the Middle Ages wore woolen clothing to keep people from seeing there bodies.Better Materials and Brighter Colors usually mean the person is more wealthy. Duller colors mean that the person is usually less wealthy and they are usually a serf. And Kings wore fancy clothes to show off how much money he had. Usually the King wore necklaces for every day of the week.
4. Towards the end of the Middle Ages, men of the wealthy classes sported hose and a jacket, often with pleating or skirting, or a tunic with a surcoat.
4.Women wore flowing gowns and elaborate headwear, ranging from headdresses shaped like hearts or butterflies to tall steeple caps and Italian turbans
