Last Week of School!

As the school year winds down this week, we thank your support of our school and our teachers. It's been a busy year, but we look forward to doing it again in the fall!!

Lower Elementary Field Trip

Lower Elementary Parents, you should have received an email from Ms. Tate last week with reminder details about this week's trip to the game. If you did not or have questions, please contact her. It is important that your child arrive on time on Wednesday.

End of Year Conferences - Monday, May 23

If you have not scheduled your end of year conference, please do so this week. This is the only day available for conferences, so please make every effort to join us.

Last Day of School

The last day of school will be busy and fun! The Bridge Ceremony begins at 10:00a sharp. It is followed by the annual talent show and lunch. Sign-ups for both lunch and the talent show have closed. If you did not order lunch for yourself or your child, please feel free to bring a sack lunch.

Do bring a lawn chair and water bottle. Or, if you prefer there will be drinks for sale.

Upper Elementary will sell drinks and candy to raise money for their going-out fund. A group of Lower Elementary students will have a lemonade stand to raise money for the scholarship fund. Please support their efforts while you are on campus!

Bingo Night!

Thank you to Heather Johnson and Erica Hutchison for organizing such a fun event. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended, donated an item, and supported the school. We raised approximately $2,500 for playground equipment. Upper Elementary raised almost $300 for their going-out fund.

We are looking forward to doing it again next year!

Art

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Art & Music Symposium so much fun. We were thrilled that Sister Kevin was able to join us.

If you paid to have your child's artwork framed, it will be on display at the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum through August at which point we will send the pieces home. We install the show next Friday. If you did not have their art framed, we will send it home this week.

Yearbooks

Yearbooks have arrived. In order to avoid confusion, they will be distributed differently this year. If your child is in primary or Lower Elementary, please park Thursday morning and come into the school to sign for it. They will be available between 7:30 and 8:15. If your child is in Before School, you may pick it up there. Upper Elementary will sign for their own.

Children may bring their yearbooks to school on Friday to have friends sign them.
