Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence
This past week CHHS sent several students to compete in the All State Competition for Choir and Band. We are so proud of how well these students represented our campus and community. We had one student make All State Band, and all seven CHHS Choir students that competed earned the All State honor. It is very rare to have that many students compete and earn All State recognition.
We are also very proud of one our students that earned a perfect score on the PSAT, Seyun Park. He will be representing the campus this week in our Student Voice section of this Panther Pause edition. Our students and teachers continue to find ways to excel in academics and extra-curricular activities. It is an honor and privilege to witness the accomplishments of our students and the dedication of our teachers.
Please remember that Monday is a holiday and classes will resume on Tuesday.
How has CHHS helped prepare you for the PSAT?
Perhaps I'm only speaking for myself, but I feel that the general atmosphere with the teachers, staff, and even fellow students in CHHS encourages you to try harder and defy expectations. I believe that a huge part of me receiving a 1520 on the PSAT was thanks to the PSAT prep class and my friends, who pushed me to work harder than I normally would on anything.
