Notes from Mrs. Medcalf

Conferences - I'm looking forward to seeing parents at Parent-Teacher Conferences! Our students have learned so much in the first quarter of school and they are excited to share their growth with you.

Homework - There will be no assigned homework this week or next week due to conferences. Please look for homework to resume the week of October 19th. However, students should continue to practice spelling words at home and read for at least 20 minutes each night.

Spelling - Due to the short week, we will keep the same spelling words as last week, Unit 2, week 1. We will take our spelling test on Friday. Students can practice their words using many strategies, including our website: http://www.spellingcity.com/BeckyMedcalf/
