Education Needed
Most accountant positions require atleast a bachelor's degree in accounting. Some employers prefer to hire applicants with a master's degree. The school that I have in consideration is DePaul University.
Job Outlook/Growth
Employment of accountants is expected to grow 16 percent from 2010 to 2020. To become an accountant you usually need several years of work-related experience or on the job training.
