Positive Affirmations I can use
To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will eat healthy, exercise daily, and wash my hands. Having a healthy mind is important because my body will react to what is in my mind. To achieve this I'll manage stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way. I also won't expect to get sick if someone is sick around me.
I've suffered pain and I'll suffer pain in the future but I will react to that pain by accept that pain is a good thing. What I will gain from that pain is knowledge and learning experience. Because of this I won't continue to feel that pain and as a result become a happier person.
I am who I am because of my surroundings
In life I want to accomplish many things. I want to go to Madison for a college and graduate with a computer science degree. I also want to wrestle when I'm in college. After I graduate I want to get a good job and have a family. In order to achieve my goal I have to surround myself with people who have similar interests as me. If I do this I can get help accomplishing my goal if I need it.
