How to steer clear of poisonous vegetation.

- Don't eat hairy insects that bite or sting.
- Worms, grubs, and termites are great to eat
- Beatles are great to eat but boil them first to kill any parasites
- Fish are a great source of food and protein
How to make a four-pronged bamboo fishing spear.
- Find a 1.8-2.5 metre bamboo shaft
- Cut 3 slits at one end about 15 cm deep to create four prongs.
- Separate by wrapping the prongs vine or rope at the base of the cut.
- Sharpen the prongs with a knife or sharp rock.
